2. Are DLZ products new or used?
Most of our products are brand new, unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description. Some items may be open-box or refurbished, but this will always be noted so you know exactly what you’re getting.
3. Why are your prices so low?
We buy directly from top U.S. retailers and manufacturers as part of their liquidation or overstock process. This allows us to offer deep discounts—often up to 70% off regular retail prices.
4. How do DLZ discounts work?
At DLZ, the more you buy, the more you save! Our automatic discount system applies the best available offer based on the number of items in your cart:
- 2 items: 7% OFF
- 3 items: 10% OFF
- 4 items: 15% OFF
- 5 or more items: 20% OFF
You can also unlock a 20% discount on your first purchase by subscribing to our newsletter.
Please note: Only one discount can be applied per order—either a bundle discount or the newsletter discount, not both.
The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. If you use a discount code from our newsletter, the bundle discount will not be applied to that order.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of liquidation sales, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is significantly different from the description. Review product details carefully before purchasing.
